DOminic Lee
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science

Dominic started his sporting journey as a competitive soccer and basketball player. He later sought strength training to improve his performance in these sports. Thereafter, Dominic developed a passion for powerlifting and took part in his first meet in 2013.
He currently has a background in sports science and graduated in a Bachelor of Science with honours in Physiotherapy. Dominic continues to grow his knowledge and seek various learning opportunities, which led him to Jonathan Chua (Coach of The Strength Guys). Under this mentorship, Dominic was able to share and help several peers to reach their fitness goals.
Dominic’s background enables him to provide a unique perspective through valuable content to the growing strength community. He has adopted a meticulous approach in customising programmes for each individual he works with, taking into account any injuries they might have and basing training around each individual’s unique lifestyle and circumstances.

Daniel tan
Diploma of Sports and Science
Daniel is a fitness enthusiast and played volleyball competitively for 5 years before his transition to powerlifting in 2014. His passion for helping others surpass their goals subsequently led him on the path of coaching. He currently holds a Diploma of Sports and Science.
Apart from coaching, Daniel has contributed greatly to Singapore’s powerlifting scene as an athlete through several international competitions - 1st in the Junior U59kg category in the 2018 Asian Classic Championship and 2nd in the Men U59kg category in the 2019 Classic World Junior Championships. He strongly believes that he will be able to share his knowledge and experience on the platform with clients to allow them to reach their full potential in their fitness goals.
